Each of the 80 lined pages accommodates 21 entries and says "Guests" in medium size font at the top of the page and then lined sections below. There are two tiny headings under "Guests" which say "Date" and "Name" (small font in pale grey) with ample room for your guests to leave a message! Linen cover is an off white, with a fine textured weave. Paper is a heavy quality stock, and is securely bound to the book. The headings are in a small grey, so the pages look clean and uncluttered.

The lines under "Date" are 1.5" long, the lines under "Name" are 10" long and give ample room to write about your beach house stay or give an event message. There are 21 entry lines per page.
