HANDMADE SEASHELL CHALKBOARD

This fabulous seaside inspired message board is encrusted with seashells and sea glass, a totally original creation , hand made by me on the south shore of Long Island, NY - isn't it gorgeous?

Outside frame dimensions: 11"w x 16"h x 3/4"d (wt shell 17" h overall) Blackboard inset dimensions: 8.25" w x 10" h Corkboard dimensions: 8.5" w x 2.5" h (If you've viewed my other listings, there are no hooks on this one. I can add 4 cup/keyhooks or two double coathook size for an additional $20)

I will point out my favorite bits here: The scallop on the top was caught by a fisherman friend here on Long Island, the peachy clam shell under the scallop left is pearlized and pops at you, as does colors of the starfish, sea urchin and the seafoam sea glass. (Copyright 2011)
