Let me describe this wonderful collectible! Featuring a holiday theme, Santa and his sleigh have just touched down outside of the Keepers cottage with gifts for the Keeper and his family... A merrily decorated Christmas tree sits between the cottage and the lighthouse. Snow has fallen and blankets the ground.

These pieces feature the trademark hidden secret seahorse design... (shhh!) There is a carefully crafted seahorse in the design somewhere. Whoever locates it first gets naming rights on the Harbour Lights website! Will it be you? This item # is HL726 and the cost is $120.

The actual Sturgeon Point lighthouse was built in 1869 to warn mariners of a highly dangerous reef on Lake Huron in Michigan. It still stands today with a brick tower which stands 70'9" in height. It sits on a limestone foundation. The Keeper's dwelling was attached to the tower by an 11' passageway to protect the Keeper from the elements.

Generally Harbour Lights replicas that light up allow for use with the included adaptor into a household outlet, or to go cordless, use with regular batteries as directed in the instructions.
